"A truly wonderful experience. It might not be the highest-end graphics being projected, but the idea and the story accompanying the actual food are really cute and wonderfully executed. The food is well-composed in four courses, and the service is very attentive, polite, and not intrusive. Although a bit pricey, as a short break from the day, combined with good food and good quality, it's worth it."

"We felt completely at ease. That started long before the show. The taxi doors were opened for us, we were warmly welcomed and shown the way. Once upstairs, our coats were taken, and we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine. Our waiter was excellent. Very eloquent and polite, seasoned with a pinch of humor. We received a wonderful wine recommendation, and the food, as well as the show, were truly something special."

"An absolutely extraordinary dining experience in Frankfurt! The combination of creative show and high-quality cuisine is perfectly executed and makes the evening truly special. Each course was harmoniously flavored and lovingly presented, while the service was attentive, professional, and very warm. Entertainment, quality, and atmosphere at a top level – clear recommendation!"

"A great evening! The ambiance of the Steigenberger Hotel is a worthy setting for this event. The staff was very accommodating. The story was wonderfully told by the little chef. The food was very good and, after the 5 courses, also filling, even if one might initially think it wouldn't be enough."

"This was SO fun! Such a unique experience that is very family friendly. Lots of little extras that we weren't expecting. Our 4 year old did not stop laughing the whole dinner and my husband really enjoyed it too. Food was delicious, and I was really appreciative of the vegetarian options. Staff were kind, accommodating and professional. Overall it was an outstanding experience and we are so glad we went."

"We had such a wonderful experience! The 3D projection was creative, fun, and truly impressive, it made the whole dining experience so special. Both adults and kids were amazed and had a great time. Each dish was exciting, beautifully presented, and full of surprises. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this to everyone who’s looking for something unique and memorable!"

"Very delicious food. Great show. Unfortunately, the service was delayed after each show segment (online it always looked like the film would end and the plate would arrive immediately). We waited five minutes each time. However, the staff are genuinely very friendly and accommodating. The prices, though, are truly extreme… we paid €300 for two."

"Very fun experience! The food was amazing, the staff were super friendly and professional. The video was fun and exciting. It’s located on top floor of ANA intercontinental hotel. You sit down and they play a video hologram overhead and it’s like a mini chef is cooking for you. So exciting! It’s a 5 course meal where you pick some options, salad, seafood, steak, desert, coffee, wines champagne, beer. There are two time slots I believe per day, a lunch time and a dinner time. It’s pricey in general but well worth it! Can’t wait to come back next year!"

"At the Steigenberger Park Hotel Düsseldorf, we watched the dinner show "Le Petit Chef". It's a 5-course menu, accompanied by a video projection on the table. We were very warmly welcomed by the staff, and asked about allergies/intolerances. At the table, we could immediately order an aperitif, which was served promptly and bridged the start of the show. In advance, one could choose between a vegetarian or a meat dish. We had both. Since we hadn't looked at anything about the show online, we were immediately thrilled by the first appearance of the little chef and gladly let him guide us through the evening. The staff was courteous and advised us on selecting the right wine. They were always present, very polite, but not intrusive. Each portion of the menu seemed very small. But with the entertaining breaks in between and ultimately the 5 courses, we were certainly satisfied. The quality of the food was excellent. The cooking was perfectly done. The food was visually simply great. After the event, you still had the opportunity to linger at the bar to round off the evening. It's an event suitable for families. The show for us lasted three hours. It's not exactly cheap per person. But for us, it was an entertaining evening in a harmonious atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend this event."

"I planned the visit to Le Petit Chef for my husband, specifically for his birthday (January 14, 2026), because we wanted something special. There was even an extra show act with a small cake and candle for him. He was so happy. We felt incredibly comfortable there; the show and the story were so sweet to watch. The staff there are super friendly and kind. Sure, the portions are small, but seriously, anyone expecting a full giant plate in a gourmet restaurant should probably buy a kebab at the next corner instead. My husband and I were full, and the steak was perfectly cooked, and the pea-potato puree was also very, very delicious. We enjoyed our time there and felt very comfortable."

"We visited Le Petit Chef at the Steigenberger Parkhotel Düsseldorf as a trio and were very impressed by the overall experience. The ambiance is high-quality and calm, especially the comfortable armchairs ensure that you can enjoy the evening relaxed. You don't feel rushed but can fully immerse yourself in the experience. The service was consistently professional, attentive, and confident, yet pleasantly unobtrusive. Exactly the right level of presence you'd expect in a hotel of this category. A particular highlight for me was the wine pairing. Not only the selection of wines, but especially their presentation and staging fit perfectly into the overall concept and significantly enhanced the experience. Le Petit Chef is far more than just animation. It's a successful combination of culinary art, visual staging, and narrative elements – a small culinary journey that convinces both visually and in taste. For us, it was also a shared, emotional family experience that will be remembered. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for an exceptional high-level dinner."

"Primary reason for my score: Because it made a special occasion truly memorable. Comments: I visited for my mother’s birthday, and we were given a wonderful seat with a view of Tokyo Tower. The birthday plate that was prepared for her was a lovely surprise, and she was very happy. Thanks to your thoughtful service, we were able to spend a memorable and satisfying time together."

"Great ambiance and great show. Well organized, very delicious food and friendly service. You choose between 3 menu options, one of which is vegetarian. There's also a children's menu. Le Petit Chef always cooks the Premium Menu; if you haven't chosen that, you'll get something else on your plate (which, of course, isn't so bad). The coffee prices are reasonable, but the drinks, in my opinion, are overpriced even for Frankfurt. A bottle of water shouldn't cost over 10 Euros. There's an exquisite wine selection, but since I don't drink wine, I can't comment on that. The overall experience was definitely worth its price."
